Refund policy

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel their order and return their purchase for any reason or no reason at all, even when the product or service works as advertised.

The return will be accepted only if the product has not been opened\damaged\used\manipulated after delivery.

Only in case of damage during delivery, the return will be charged on seller, otherwise shipping cost for return will be chager on buyer.

ALLOCATED PRODUCTS

Some products available on our website are subject to allocation by the distributor. This means that if supply cuts occur, we may receive a lower quantity than originally ordered.

In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order entirely due to these cuts, we will issue a refund for the amount corresponding to the unavailable products. However, we do not assume any responsibility for the non-receipt of products due to distributor allocation decisions, as these circumstances are beyond our control.
